You have everything planned: your budget, vendors, and decor are all worked out. All you need is someone to make sure your plans are carried out smoothly on the big day. Let us execute your plans the way you envisioned, so all you need to focus on is having a great time and creating memorable memories with your loved ones!

Investment: $1450

What’s  included:

  • Complimentary Consultation (Up to 1 hour)
  • Up to two hours of in-person planning meetings to work on timeline, logistics and vendor arrangements, 1 month before wedding
  • Unlimited email contact throughout your planning processes
  • Confirmation of all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding to finalize details and schedule, we will be the main contact for your vendors
  • Attendance and coordination of ceremony rehearsal (Up to 2 hours)
  • Management of small decor details
  • Point of contact, instruction, and cues for all vendors
  • Oversee scheduled events at reception, cocktails, dinner, cake cutting, dances, speeches
  • Access to our Wedding Day Emergency Kit
  • Assist guests and answer questions as needed
  • Resolve any ceremony- or reception-related problems that arise
  • Coordination services on your wedding day for a maximum of 8 consecutive hours
  • Second coordinator included for a maximum of 3 consecutive hours on your wedding day
  • 5% donation to a charitable organization

All prices shown are for Edmonton and the greater area. Any services outside of Edmonton and greater Edmonton is subject to travel fees. Extra charges apply for a wedding that has more than 200 guests.

Add-ons: 

  • Decor set up: Custom Quote (Depends on quantity and size of decor)
  • Take down: Starts at $250 , Take down after 10pm: Starts at $500
  • Stationery Design and Coordination (Signs, table numbers, Handbills..etc): Custom Quote
  • Additional hours for wedding day: $80/ additional hour
  • Second Coordinator present on wedding day: $260 / for the consecutive 8 hours, or $80/ hour
